Refund policy
Refunds are available only if:

The eSIM has not been installed/activated on any device.

The request is made within 30 days of purchase.

The eSIM does not work due to a verified system error on our end.
We cannot refund in these cases:

The eSIM has already been installed/activated.
-
Issues caused by local mobile operators in the destination country.
-
Partial or unused data/days.
-
Device not eSIM-compatible or locked to a carrier.
