Refund policy

Refunds are available only if:

  • The eSIM has not been installed/activated on any device.

  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase.

  • The eSIM does not work due to a verified system error on our end.

We cannot refund in these cases:

  • The eSIM has already been installed/activated.

  • Issues caused by local mobile operators in the destination country.

  • Partial or unused data/days.

  • Device not eSIM-compatible or locked to a carrier.
